🙅Reduce the situations of being rejected

YPT encourages users to maintain good card - using habits and minimize transaction rejections to avoid additional fees. It is recommended to conduct the following checks before transactions.

  1. Ensure the card is in normal status: Before making a transaction, please check the card status to ensure it is not frozen. To check the frozen status of a virtual card: YPT app > Card > Freeze Please note: If a user subscribes to a merchant's service with a YPT card, freezing the card does NOT prevent the merchant from making deductions. If the card is frozen when the merchant attempts to deduct funds, the transaction will be rejected. It is recommended that users regularly check whether they have used YPT cards for merchant subscriptions. If a service is no longer needed, please log in to the merchant's account in a timely manner to unbind the card to avoid automatic deduction upon expiration.

  2. Ensure sufficient available funds in the account: Regularly check the card balance to ensure there are sufficient funds before making a transaction. Reserve transaction fees: When making a payment, users need to reserve an amount for transaction fees and cannot use all the assets in the card for the transaction. For example, if the YPT card balance is 100 USD and a user attempts to pay for an order worth 100 USD, the transaction will fail due to insufficient available balance. For YPT transaction fee charging standards, please refer to: Limits and Fees.

  3. Check the card transaction limits: Ensure the transaction amount is within the card limits, including the single-transaction limit and the daily limit. Viewing path: YPT app > Card > Settings > Limit

  4. Conduct transactions with merchants that support YPT cards, subject to the specific rules of the merchants.
