# Limits & Fees

1. USD Card Spending Limits:

* Per transaction limit: $100,000 USD
* Daily limit: Unlimited
* Default settlement currency: USD

2. Transaction Fee Structure:

* 1% fee for transactions in card's default currency
* 2.2% fee for non-default currency transactions
* Small-amount authorization fee: $0.20 per transaction (applies to transactions between $0 and $1; first 5 transactions per card each month are waived)
* Declined transaction fee: $0.5 per occurrence (first 3 declined transactions per card monthly are waived)
